A coffee gift set sells on the shelf, not on the spec sheet. What buyers actually ask us for is a box that survives a warehouse, an insert that holds three shapes which do not nest, and artwork that prints the same red twice. We build the set, cut the insert and print the sleeve in the same plant, so nothing waits on a third party.
What's in the box
- W856 gooseneck kettle — 1.0 L, 40–100 °C in 1 °C steps, hold up to 24 hours
- Stainless pour-over filter — double mesh, no paper needed, rinse and it is clean
- Burr grinder — stainless burrs, adjustable grind, sits in the insert without rattling
- Rigid box with die-cut insert and printed sleeve — Pantone matched, FSC board on request
Timing for Christmas and New Year
This is the part that catches people out. Production is about 30 days after sample approval, and sea freight to Europe or North America adds 30–40 more. For shelves in early December, artwork has to be signed off by early October. We keep insert tooling from previous seasons, so repeat orders usually skip tooling and run faster.
Retail details we handle
Barcode and carton labelling, drop test passed before packing, and one carton per set so your warehouse picks by the box instead of by the piece. If your channel asks for a fixed master pack or a specific carton quantity, give us the number and we pack to it.
MOQ and certifications
500 sets in stock packaging, 1,000 sets with your logo on the kettle and grinder, 2,000 for a custom box print or colour. CE, CB and FCC as standard; ETL/cETL for North America; PSE/METI if Japan is in the plan.
Tell us the quantity and the week the set has to land, and we will tell you honestly whether the schedule holds.
