Our History

Our company is build upon a family business which start from 20 years ago, the family have been in the Stainless steel industy for years.

Year 2012

In 2012, our CEO's father founded a metal stamping factory, mainly taking stamping orders for stainless steel kettle liners from domestic brands. With stamping presses, bending machines, hydraulic presses, polishing machines, heating tube brazing and welding machines, our monthly capacity reached 100,000 units, making us an upstream factory for well-known Chinese brands. In 2014 we added one injection moulding machine and took some subcontracting orders, laying the groundwork for our own injection factory.

Year 2015

Then we have our own injection factory, mainly focus on electric kettle housing, with PP, POM, and so on. At its peak, we ran 10 injection moulding machines on two 12-hour shifts around the clock. Later, due to a partner withdrawing and insufficient order volume, this business was finally shut down in 2023. However, our core staff with 5-10 years of injection moulding process management experience have stayed with the company, following up on our outsourced injection moulding work.

Year 2018

After years of hard working, we learned lots of experience, we finally decide to start our assemble line, which first for domestic brand, and for Chinese hotel kettle.

Year 2021

Tianmao was build to bring more high technology product, like digital control, electric heated travel mug, smart-egg cooker, electric gooseneck kettle. To serve our customers better, we have set up our own sales team to handle part of our domestic and international e-commerce business, offering OEM, ODM and dropshipping services.

Year 2024

To win more overseas orders, we decided to build our own independent website as a customer acquisition platform. Among all the options, we chose not to use a templated site builder. Our CEO majored in a computer-related field at university, and his closest friend there is highly skilled in website and code development, so he built the underlying framework of this website for us. That is why our site looks more technological and modern, and is more visually refined than the websites of traditional factories. This website is dedicated to the precious friendship between them. While building it, we also take an active part in exhibitions around the world, going overseas to better understand the needs of our international customers.

What B2B buyers usually ask us before the first order

Are you a factory or a trading company?

ZS Tianmao is a manufacturer, not a trading company. The ZS Tianmao factory at No. 282, Yong'an Road, Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan covers 12,000 m² and runs in-house stamping, injection moulding and assembly. ZS Tianmao has built small kitchen appliances since 2002.

Where is your factory located and how large is the facility?

The ZS Tianmao factory sits in Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, about 55 km from Yantian Port and 60 km from Bao'an International Airport. The 12,000 m² site runs 4 production lines with 200+ staff.

What certifications does your factory hold?

ZS Tianmao holds ISO 9001 for the factory and CE, CB and FCC for products. PSE and METI are available for Japan, ETL and FCC for North America. Certificate numbers are issued to ZS Tianmao and shared on request.

What is your monthly production capacity?

ZS Tianmao runs about 40,000 units per month across 3 assembly lines on 1 shift as a manufacturer. Peak-season orders are secured by booking 4 weeks ahead. Final output depends on model mix and certification work.

Do you have in-house stamping, injection moulding and assembly?

Yes, all three are in-house at the ZS Tianmao factory. ZS Tianmao has run stamping since 2012, injection moulding since 2015 and assembly lines since 2018, with 10 stamping presses from 25 to 60 tons and 6 injection machines.

Do you build your own moulds and tooling?

Yes. As an OEM and ODM supplier, ZS Tianmao keeps 70+ sets of moulds in its own tooling workshop. A new mould takes about 45 days from drawing approval, and the tooling is owned by the customer after payment.

Can we visit your factory or arrange a third-party audit?

Yes. ZS Tianmao welcomes factory visits by appointment and accepts third-party audits such as BSCI and ISO. When travel is not possible, ZS Tianmao runs a live video tour of the stamping workshop and QC line within 2 working days.

Which countries and regions do you export to?

ZS Tianmao exports to 50+ countries as the manufacturer of record, with America, Germany and Japan as the main markets. Shipments to Japan carry PSE and METI, and ZS Tianmao prepares market-specific plugs and manuals per destination.

How long have you been manufacturing kitchen appliances?

ZS Tianmao has manufactured small kitchen appliances since 2002, over 24 years as a factory. Stamping started in 2012, injection moulding in 2015 and in-house assembly lines in 2018.

Do you provide OEM and ODM services for overseas brands?

Yes, ZS Tianmao provides both. OEM covers logo, colour, packaging and label from 1,000 pcs, while ODM covers new mould development, structure design and circuit. ZS Tianmao signs an NDA before drawing review and never resells your tooling.
