An anniversary gift has a fixed date and no flexibility, so we ask about the date first and the logo second. Everything else — method, MOQ, packaging — follows from how many days are left.
What you are handing out
- 450 ml heated travel mug — 100–240 V dual voltage, 300 W, boils in under seven minutes
- 304 stainless steel interior, food grade, no plastic taste on the first brew
- Sealed lid that survives a bag; the mug stays useful as a desk cup after the event
- Printed gift box, or bulk pack with your own inserts if gifts are handed out by hand
Logo methods that last
On stainless bodies we laser-engrave: no ink, nothing to peel, still readable after a year of washing. For full-colour logos we print and clear-coat — more per unit, but the Pantone stays accurate. Engraving starts at 500 pieces, full-colour printing at 1,000. If you cannot decide, we put both finishes on one sample so your team can choose by handling it.
Working back from the anniversary date
Production is about 30 days after deposit and sample approval, plus 30–40 days by sea; if the date is close, air-freight the last cartons. Send us the date and the quantity and we will tell you plainly whether the schedule works. We would rather say no in September than miss it in November.
MOQ, certifications and packing
500 pieces engraved, 1,000 printed in full colour, 2,000 for a custom body colour. CE, CB and FCC as standard, ETL/cETL for North America, PSE/METI for Japan. We pack individual gift boxes, or bulk-pack with your cards for your own distribution.
Send us the logo file, the quantity and the date on the invitation, and we will come back with a quote and a realistic schedule.
