Today we are proud to announce that our factory has just confirmed the first 1,200-unit order of the W856 Smart Pour-Over Kettle from a well-known specialty coffee equipment retailer in North America. After six months of communication, sample testing and negotiation, the customer finally placed the order on August 20, 2026. The order will be produced in our 12,000 m² ISO 9001 certified facility and is scheduled to ship from Yantian Port in late September.
The W856 is a digital temperature-control gooseneck kettle designed for pour-over coffee and tea brewing. It uses an imported UK Strix thermostat, 304 stainless steel inner wall, and 1.2 L food-grade PP housing. The base features a digital display and 5 preset temperature modes — Black, Coffee, Green, Oatmeal, Formula — with a timer function and a keep-warm temperature range of 40–100 °C, adjustable in 1 °C increments.
Why the customer chose the W856
During the sample evaluation, the North America buyer raised four key concerns: (1) BPA-free food-grade material confirmation; (2) boil-dry protection and 30-minute auto shut-off; (3) ETL / FDA / LFGB compliance for the US and Canadian markets; (4) custom color matching and branded packaging. Our engineering team addressed each point with technical documents, third-party test reports and three rounds of golden samples.

Factory capacity & production timeline
Our factory currently operates 6 injection-molding lines, 4 automatic assembly lines and 2 aging-test workstations, with a daily output of up to 3,000 units. For this 1,200-unit order we will run production from September 1 to 12, and complete 100 % aging test (8-hour full load), drop test and leakage test before packing. The order will be loaded into a 20'GP container and delivered to the customer's Los Angeles warehouse by mid-October.
